Cheesy Bread Bowl


2 mini sourdough bread loaves, of equal size 4 tbsp butter, melted 4 large garlic cloves, smashed 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp paprika 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Create "lids" by cutting into each loaf at a 40 degree angle using a serrated knife. Set aside. Scoop out the remaining center of the loaf to create the bowl. Add crumbs to a separate baking tray. Drizzle oil and season as desired for an added breadcrumb topping. Combine melted butter, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and everything bagel seasoning in a small bowl. Brush this butter mixture around the inside of the loave and on both sides of the "lids". Sprinkle the grated parmesan and shredded sharp cheddar inside of each bowl and on the breadcrumbs. Tilt each bowl as being filled to spread cheese around. Place bowls and "lids" (cut side up) onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Fill with soup or dip and serve.
